Overview:

I’m parting ways with my Buffet Crampon R13 Bb Clarinet. It was a fantastic instrument during the short time I used it, but it has simply sat unplayed for years. It’s time for it to go to someone who will actually play and make music with it.

The clarinet has incredibly low mileage. It was purchased brand new at the end of 2010 and was only played for a few months between January and May 2011. Since then, it has been stored in its case in a climate-controlled, smoke-free home. Like many before me, I kept telling myself I’d eventually pick it back up, but that day never came.

Technical Specifications & Condition Notes:

• - Origin & Authenticity:
  Handcrafted in Paris, France, and manufactured in 2010. Both joints feature matching factory-stamped serial numbers (614291), verifying the instrument is fully original and manufactured from the same cut of premium Grenadilla wood.
  
• - Keywork:
  Silver-plated keys, offering higher natural surface friction than nickel for a more secure and non-slip grip. All plating is fully intact, showing light normal wear.
  
• - Repairs:
  The wood core is pristine. It has never needed to be serviced for cracks, and it has never required pin repairs.
  
• - Case:
  Includes the original Buffet Crampon premium hardshell case in great condition. (Note: The case latch keys are missing/not included).
  
• - Included Original Accessories:
  Comes complete with the genuine Buffet lower joint tenon protector cap, along with the original factory-issued Buffet Crampon cork grease tube and pull-through swab (both are original to the instrument and used on the clarinet).
