Vintage Fender pickup from the mid-1960s. Flat-pole construction with original fiber bobbin, magnets, cloth leads, and cover.
Pickup is being sold AS-IS for restoration. Coil has been partially unwound and the leads have been cut. This is a great candidate for a professional rewind using the original magnets and flatwork.
I consulted with a vintage pickup rewinder who identified it as a mid-'60s Fender Mustang / Duo-Sonic style pickup.
Condition:
- Original vintage Fender pickup
- Flat pole pieces
- Original cover included
- Cloth leads present but cut
- Coil partially unwound
