For sale is my Yamaha YTS-200ADII tenor saxophone. This has been a dependable and enjoyable horn for me, and I made sure it got a full service not long ago so it's completely set up and ready to play straight out of the case—no adjustments or repairs required. The pads sit perfectly leveled and create an airtight seal with zero leaks, the springs are nice and strong with that extra snappy rebound that helps with speed and control, and the entire key mechanism is in perfect regulation for consistent, smooth action from the lowest notes all the way through the upper register. It responds quickly and evenly, holds excellent intonation across the board, and produces a warm, full-bodied tenor tone with plenty of power and projection when you need it, yet it stays warm and musical for more subtle playing styles too.

Aside from the typical wear you'd expect on any used instrument—some scratches and scuffs here and there—there are only a few minor insignificant dings primarily at the top of the bell, and they don't impact the sound or playability whatsoever. Overall the horn remains in excellent condition both visually and functionally. These YTS-200ADII models have a strong reputation for durability and quality build, striking a nice balance that makes them ideal for advancing players or anyone wanting a reliable daily player that doesn't cost a fortune but still performs at a high level. I've always been impressed with how well they hold up and how good they sound right out of the box after a proper service.
