overall in good condition, the guitar (non-midi) works well, electronics are a little scratchy at times but nothing too rough. attached a video of the midi part of the guitar. Tracks well for the most part, it's not perfect by any means but you can listen to hear for yourself.
No big cosmetic blemishes, a nick on the headstock, some scratches here and there, not bad for almost 40 year old guitar.
