Nitro finish removed from back of neck and is smooth. Fretboard is raw maple with no finish, naturally worn from real fingers!
The neck relief is set to factory specs and feels perfect. The somewhat slim C-profile fits very good in the hand and lends to a high rate of speed when digging into a groove.
This is a great neck and provides rich tones and long sustain.
