This is a 2016 Blueridge 12 fret acoustic parlor guitar in very good condition. The frets, tuners, neck and bridge are all in excellent condition, as are the top, back and sides of the guitar. The guitar has been professionally set up with phosphor bronze 10s. It will ship with the form fitting OHSC. The parlor is plenty loud for gigging, but is much easier to play than larger guitars at home when you're seated in a chair or on a couch.
