This 1977 Guild JF-30 maple jumbo acoustic guitar plays easy and sounds great, but it does have some cosmetic issues that do not affect sound one bit. Finish checking (see photos) is visible on the surface. These are finish cracks and are not wood cracks, which is common in older Guilds. In 2024 there was a center seam crack (shown in photo) that was professionally repaired by a luthier. The guitar has been recently professionally set up and comes with a brand new Crossrock hardshell case. I only played it at home. Non-smoking home and no pets. I feel I have this guitar priced very well.
