This Breedlove could be considered Mint condition except for some very minor hairline scratches on the top below the soundhole from a pick. These are very difficult to see on the photos, and don't affect the tone of this Breedlove Pursuit EX S at all. I have cleaned, polished, oiled the fretboard, and restrung with D’Addario EJ-16 light gauge strings, and you will be ready to go to your couch or your next gig as soon as you take it out of the box, and I even replaced the 9-volt battery for you.
