Up for sale is a beautiful Cedar / Indian Rosewood balsa wood double top classical guitar from Jeff Sigurdson (Canada). Jeff builds concert classical and flamenco guitars with the same meticulous care and traditional techniques as his inspirations — the great masters of the tradition. His focus is on building classical guitars in the styles of Antonio de Torres, Miguel Rodriguez Jr., and Daniel Friederich; balsa-core double-top guitars; and flamenco guitars inspired by the legendary work of Manuel Reyes. Each instrument is constructed using premium tonewoods, organic hide glues, and a hand-applied French polish finish.

Jeff's balsa-core double-top guitars offer warmth, enhanced projection, and tonal complexity. Having had many double top guitars in my collection, I believe his instruments compete on a level with instruments costing 2-3 times more. They are loud, open, resonant with complex overtones that have excellent sustain. The workmanship is the equal of any active luthier. Built in Canada in 2025, this guitar is already in the USA so import duties and tariffs do not apply.
