Jim root stratocaster is in great condition and not used a whole lot since I bought it
The pick guard screws do have some rust from being played but can be easily replaced, one pick guard screw is missing but It was received this way from new, the actual hole has no thread as shown in photo for transparency
The fender hard case also comes with it
