This is a flanger pedal from the 1980s Ibanez "10" series!
It features the now-discontinued Japanese-made BBD "MN3102/MN3207". With four controls, it offers a wide range of sounds, from mild chorus-like tones to intense flanging effects. It's one of the series released alongside the legendary TS10. This is a rare model that doesn't often appear on the market these days.
