I bought this as I was building an additional pedal board to cover a gig that fell through. It’s a very cool pedal that adds another stage to other boost or distortion pedals, or takes a clean signal and makes it sound louder without turning it to mush… If that makes any sense.
To me it does what power tubes do when they are pushed to the point of breaking up just a little bit…. The sweet spot.
