johnk Blackbeard fuzz (Sanford & Sonny Bluebeard clone) polished and acid etched aluminum

This is a really incredible clone of the Sanford and Sonny Bruebeard pedal. It's a muff, but heavily modified so that it has 1) mids!, mid forward, in fact 2) much more immediate attack, 3) much higher headroom on input and output (great for humbuckers), 4) very low noise floor, 5) extra room in the low end to make it as easy to use with bass as with guitar (there's a switch for that). The clone is in many ways better than the original, which was sold as a kit! This is not, it's by highly reputed builder JohnK. It's an incredible pedal, really responsive to playing dynamics. I'm only letting it go because I have another pedal that basically does the same thing, but that one cost a lot more. Great pedal all around. Built like a tank as well.
