This pedal has very good tone, which the attached video of the big box version explores well. My two favourite things are the "Church of Tone" COT50 boost side, which adds compression, clarity, and oomph. Many people use this as "always on". It just sounds "wow".
On this older version, the boost side can't be engaged alone, but that doesn't get in the way. I also like the wide treble and bass controls on the gain side. You can set them neutral, or use them to get exactly the tone you want from your rig and guitar.
Everything works. Typical Lovepedal boutique quality. I am selling to upgrade to an Electrode Blackbird tube pre-amp.
