Early 1970s Yamaha FG-75 Red Label Acoustic Guitar – Made in Taiwan

Early 1970s Yamaha FG-75 Red Label acoustic guitar in excellent condition. This is one of Yamaha’s highly regarded vintage FG-series instruments, produced during the early red-label era and made in Taiwan circa 1971–1972.

The FG-75 features a comfortable folk-size body that is easy to play while still delivering impressive volume and projection. These guitars have developed a loyal following for their warm, woody tone and outstanding craftsmanship.

This guitar has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready to play. The frets have been freshly polished, a new set of strings has been installed, and the guitar plays beautifully.

Cosmetically, it presents exceptionally well for its age. There are no cracks, dents, or significant scratches, and the finish remains remarkably clean. The original red FG-75 label is intact, and the back of the headstock is clearly marked “Made in Taiwan.”
