Guitar has been completely cleaned. Electronics are in excellent condition, frets and fretboard are nice, action is good, sound is very 60's!

I like this guitar

It has a few dents and rubs and some vintage yellowing.

Wood has seasoned exceptionally well. I believe it's solid Mohogany.

Make an offer!

Scale Length: Features a 24.75-inch full scale length (similar to a Gibson) rather than a short-scale layout.Electronics Layout: Configured with a single surface-mounted single-coil pickup placed close to the neck position. It includes a top-mounted chrome control plate holding one volume and one tone knob (frequently metal "witch-hat" styles stamped "V" and "T") alongside a front-mounted output jack.Body & Neck: Built with an offset double-cutaway mahogany body and an all-mahogany bolt-on neck. It features a 21-fret unbound rosewood fingerboard with small dot or oval position inlays.Bridge & Tailpiece: Features a height-adjustable chrome roller bridge combined with a top-loading chrome tailpiece. The "T" in the model name stands for its integrated vintage vibrato/tremolo tailpiece block.Truss Rod Variation: Depending on the specific production year, early 1964 variants frequently lack an adjustable truss rod, whereas later 1960s runs integrated a round adjustable truss rod adjustment nut at the base of the neck.Tone & Playability CharacterSound Profile: The vintage single-coil pickup delivers a distinctly raw, warm, microphonic, and bluesy tone. It behaves similarly to classic Japanese "gold foil" pickups, responding beautifully to overdrive or fuzz pedals.Playability Constraints: Because many versions lack truss rods or use elementary neck reinforcement, adjustments for string action are restricted to the height-adjustable bridge wheels. They are highly popular among musicians as dedicated slide-guitar instruments because they naturally accommodate high action and produce an aggressive, boxy delta-blues grit.
