This banjo began its life as a Ludwig Ambassador tenor banjo in the late 1920's. M.C. Burley made a plectrum neck and converted it to a plectrum. 27" scale. Banjo is in very good condition. 10 3/4" head. Gold hardware. Flatiron arm rest added. Beautiful engraved pot. Resonator has been altered a bit for the ease of removing it. There is a resonator repair by the armrest. The neck is straight, and the action good. Do not know what tuners were used (see photo). Some moderate fret wear. Unique. Banjo case top is off. Should be repaired. Just needs a set up, and strings. Thanks for looking and best of luck!
