The lettering is correct for the Firebrand Series, specifically the upscale "The Paul Deluxe" model. These were part of Gibson's walnut-bodied Firebrand line produced in the Norlin era.
The bad news is the cover has a crack and repair around the lower screw hole. The good news is that original Firebrand truss rod covers are surprisingly difficult to find.
