9.4 lbs.
I am a the second owner of this guitar. I purchased it from an airman at the local Air Force base, and he had purchased it new when he was stationed in England in 2006.
No breaks, cracks, or repairs. There are scratches and dings here and there, nothing major. It is a guitar that has been played respectfully and consistently over the years, but has been played nonetheless. The back is a beautiful single piece of mahogany. The nitrocellulose lacquer has aged very nicely, and feels much thinner and higher quality than the thick nitro that Gibson USA has used in more recent years.
This guitar was part of a Guitar Center exclusive run of “Limited Edition” Les Paul Standards. Here are some features that make these guitars unique compared to the normal standards of the time:
Burstbucker Pro pickups
AA Flame Maple top
Ebony fretboard
Bound headstock with Mother of Pearl crown inlay
Vintage style nickel button Kluson tuners
‘50s neck profile
Original case is included, also in excellent condition.
