What better way to celebrate America’s 250th than getting yourself this Limited Edition (Modded) Recording King Bakersfield Acoustic!!!

What’s been added to is a vintage 1960s Menorm KG-1 magnetic soundhole pickup made in Japan. Set of Grover Deluxe Tuners, Double Pickguard for that old timey look, of course a “Buck Owens American” decal to commemorating the inspiration for this guitar and a few other small things. Built for that down-home sound with unique red, white and blue striped theme.Like the clinking of cold bottles or a boot heel on hardwood, that Bakersfield sound is unmistakable, still today. Recording King is honoring that sound with a red, white, and blue acoustic guitar done right. The ROA-9-RWB Limited Edition Bakersfield is a solid Sitka spruce top 000 shape acoustic which features their special Cross Lap Bracing. This design makes the Bakersfield an ideal strummer with a visual presence that honors the Americana and downhome players of the Central Valley.

Recording King gave the Bakersfield a unique tri-color neck and high-density ovangkol fretboard and bridge that are striking to the eye and allow the rapid transfer of tone across the frequency range. Other appointments include a bone nut and saddle for better transference.
