Artisan Marcato Model 100 3/4 Cello (2006) w/ Original Gig Bag - Used, Good Condition

Available for sale is an Artisan Strings Marcato Model 100 3/4-size cello, built in 2006 and distributed by the Gemeinhardt Company. Designed as a quality student instrument, the Marcato series offers dependable playability and a traditional appearance, making it an excellent choice for advancing students, school orchestra programs, and private lessons.

This cello features a warm amber-brown finish with attractive flamed figuring visible on the back, ebony-style fittings, and a composite tailpiece equipped with four fine tuners for easy adjustment. The original Artisan-branded padded gig bag is included.

Condition
This instrument is in good used condition and shows normal signs of use consistent with a student cello. Cosmetic wear includes light scratches, scuffs, edge wear, and finish marks throughout the body. There is visible finish wear on the back of the neck from regular playing, along with position tape and marker stickers on the fingerboard and neck that may be helpful for beginning students.

The back displays attractive flame figuring and remains structurally sound. The bridge, tuning pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece, fine tuners, and endpin are all present and functional. No major cracks, open seams, or significant repairs were observed during inspection.
