This is an Otto Link Super Tone Master Baritone Saxophone mouthpiece with a 6 facing. I'm the original owner and the sale includes the mouthpiece, ligature and cap.
The mouthpiece is great and has a good sound and response. It projects well for small group sessions (think Gerry Mulligan sound) but will not cut through a modern Big Band or Rock Band.
Unfortunately, I haven't used it for a long while and it should go to a more appreciative home.
