Beautiful Example of a PRS McCarty 594! Guitar has never been gigged or out of the house since I purchased it in 2021. Below is the write up from the shop I purchased the guitar from:

Exceptional condition, exceptional guitar. Like some other of the recent McCarty models, this 594 is a wonderful blend of vintage design with modern building processes and cosmetics. It starts with the time-tested mahogany body with a thick flamed maple cap, which provides a rich, full tone with the right amount of high end "snap", along with a mahogany neck and 3+3 headstock. Other traditional aspects include PRS's take on the classic tuneomatic style bridge and stoptail tailpiece while dual humbuckers controlled by dual volume/tone pots plus a 5-way switch. Modern aspects to these features include PRS's latest "tweaked" Phase III locking tuners with improved transfer of energy to the headstock and a much improved PRS two-piece stop tail. This new design stays in tune very well, contributes to better sustain, and feels great while palm muting. This model is outfitted with PRS 58/15LT (low turn) humbuckers with push/pull coil tap to provide more choices of excellent humbucker and single coil tones. Even the scale is revamped and at 24.594" (thus the model "594") it falls between the 25" PRS scale and Fender's 25.5". The neck is PRS's Pattern Vintage asymmetrical, which I find the most comfortable to date. Nut is their PRS Synthetic/bronze powder blend. The bell tone from this guitar is remarkable which should be immediately noticeable by experienced players. Superb set up is expected from high-end PRS's and this one easily qualifies. It's a joy to play, with no hand fatigue to boot. Barely played and an exceptional guitar in all regards. Includes perfect case and all case candy. The figured top (non-10) sells new for $4100, and that covers a wide range of figuring in the maple. This is clearly above average for consistency of flame. Weight 7lbs-12ozs.
