[CTM 000-42K]

This custom model is inspired by a limited edition model released in 2013, of which only 39 were sold worldwide. Like the limited edition, the top is made of premium-grade Italian Alpine spruce, known for its clear, bright sound. The sides and back are also made of premium-grade flamed koa wood with beautiful grain.

The most striking visual feature is the use of turquoise for the rosette, snowflake position markers, and body binding. These provide excellent accents and create a very stylish look!

It features scalloped bracing, a mahogany neck with a Modified V neck shape, a high-performance taper neck, and a 44.5mm nut width. It's equipped with Gotoh gold tuners, and the top finish is an aging toner.

The headplate is made of black ebony, adding a touch of sophistication and giving the whole instrument a refined look. (※The headstock is not completely black.)

[Sound]

The combination of Italian Alpine spruce and Hawaiian koa produces an extremely clear and transparent sound. A soft resonance and a deep, shimmering quality coexist, and even with a gentle, light touch, it envelops the space with a beautiful sound.

Despite the comfortable playing feel of a 000-size guitar, the bass is solid and full, while the treble is extremely delicate, free from muddiness or cloudiness, resulting in a truly captivating sound.

The 000-42 combines the playability of a 000-size guitar with the majestic sound of a Style 42, embodying the essence of Martin's appeal not only in sound but also in playability and aesthetic beauty. This particular instrument boasts exceptionally beautiful grain on both the spruce top and Hawaiian koa sides and back!

[Condition]

The string height, using light gauge strings, is approximately 2.6mm on the 6th string side and 1.7mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret.
