This is a beautiful players grade Gibson Les Paul.
This guitar spent 52 years in the New Orleans jazz and blues bars. the guitar was first bought by blues guitarist Silas Monroe. He held onto the guitar for about 30 years. Silas had the guitar converted to a standard because he liked the weight, the neck is fast and the guitar has almost cry to it that was great for blues. Before Silas died in 2005, he sold the guitar to Marcus “Soulline” Carter Who played primarily jazz fusion. All word of mouth….
I bought it from blues player Kepha Arcemont who did not know much about the person he had bought it from other than the guy buys and sells vintage guitars.
The guitar is amazing! It plays amazing, sounds amazing, and has that mojo only a guitar who has seen life can exude. This thing sounds like it was born right out of the delta blues its self. Comes with a hard shell case.
