Very good condition 1960 Gibson Les Paul Junior Doublecut in Cherry. No breaks or repairs at all. This example sounds fantastic, and is super resonant. Probably one of the best LPJ’s I’ve played. Original tuners have been exchanged for Schallers that tune and hold tune nicely. Original frets play great and have life left for sure. There is some great checking and play wear on this example, which really shows how great this specific LPJ sounds. This example was routed for a humbucker at some point in its life. This example also comes with the original tuners and bridge posts. There is currently a newer aftermarket pickup in the guitar, but this example will come with the original dog-ear P90 as well. The original finish has faded a bit on the top, but the back is a very vibrant cherry color still. The top on this example is surprisingly clean for its age, and very well kept.
