You're looking at a quality older UHER M-516 model cardioid dynamic microphone that comes with a mic clip shown as well as the cable in which to operate.

 This older German mic has a dual Z option and has a lovely sound but this is the first example I have ever come across or sold. You don't see these too often and I know nothing of this company or model mic. The M-516 incorporates a unique European style 5 pin end connector which I had to hotwire to see if it works. It does...very well. You'll need the 5 pin female connection to use the mic unless you are willing to take the time to add a new end connector.

 The M-516 has a push to talk button that works great and the switch for mono and stereo I believe. 

 The M-516 is an attractive looking mic with it's midcentury vibe and larger globe. Just a bit of physical wear as you can see but still quite nice looking. It's extremely lite weight for it's size and appx 7 inches long X 2 1/2 inches wide at the globes bezel.

 The M-516 has excellent cardioid characteristics making this ideal for vocals as it virtually eliminates all background noise. Very lite weight making it easy to hold for prolonged periods of time. The mic has a plastic handle with some scuffs marks and other imperfections but zero fractures.

 I'd rate the cosmetic condition a very conservative 7 + on a scale of 1 - 10. There are no dents on the front screen though. The label is completely legible but you can see there is lite wear.

 The original cable is appx 8 feet long. Soft, pliable and again, has the unique 5 pin connection.

 The mic clip is also included and grips the mic firmly. It has just very lite wear and will screw onto any desk or floor stand you have. It provides a wide degree of tilt forwards and backwards as well as complimenting the mic. The clip will screw onto and desk or floor stand you have.
