Yamaha HS1200 HexRack Series 3-Leg Direct Drive Hi-Hat Stand 2010s - Chrome

Here we have one of the most heavy duty hat stands I’ve seen that is not heavy or bulky. The Yamaha engineers put some thought in to this one, all the way down to the clutch. 2 of the legs are single brace, while the one facing outward is double braces with a retractable carpet spike. The pedal control is smooth and precise, with no play in the mechanism. The clutch locks on both ends of the hat, so if you like a loose or tight top hat, you can lock it in at your preferred level. The stand itself is pretty clean and shiny, but there are a few minor dings in it, and a few small cosmetic scrapes on the footboard (See Photos). All in all. It’s a superb stand, and the minor cometic play-wear is not structural or functional.
