For sale is a Sadowsky MetroExpress Modern 5-string upgraded with genuine Sadowsky MetroLine pickups, a Sadowsky preamp with VTC (Vintage Tone Control), and Dunlop Straplocks. Total cost of upgrades is $440. The weight of the bass is 8 lbs 15 oz. Original MetroExpress preamp and pickups as well as original gig bag are included with the sale.
This bass is around 7 months old and is in excellent condition with no scratches, dings, or signs of wear. It has never been gigged. The only minor issue is that one of the plastic clips on the quick-release electronics cover broke during the first attempt to open it. This is a known issue with these covers and replacements are readily available if desired. The cover still stays securely attached and, if anything, is now easier to remove when access to the battery is needed.
