Silvertone 708 1940's - red sunburst with pickup

Restored Silvertone 708 from the 1940's . A real cool looking and playing guitar from the good old days made even better by a makeover. The neck has been planed flat and a truss rod added and the brazilain rosewood fingerboard completely refretted. Although I have included the original tailpiece shown in the picture of the case ,i have opted for another tailpiece with a little more weight to add some more sustain. The tuners are new kluson tuners matching the original that would have been on there. And a thin wickedbucker pickup has been add to give the guitar that vintage sound. Comes with the original ? chipboard case .
