The gold lacquer finish is completely flawless — that deep, rich shine with zero scratches, swirl marks, or any signs of wear. No dents or dings anywhere on the body, bell, or neck. The keys are all tight, perfectly aligned, and in excellent shape. I had it taken in for a full professional adjustment recently, so the action is super smooth and precise with everything regulated just right. This horn is completely set up and ready to play right out of the case with no issues at all.

The sound is seriously impressive. It has that classic warm, rich Yamaha tone that's full and centered, with great projection when you open it up but also stays nice and dark for ballads.
