The Bastl Instruments Popcorn is an 8-step non-linear CV sequencer module designed for Eurorack systems. It offers a balance of control and unpredictability in sequencing, allowing for both linear and more experimental patterns. The Popcorn features two trigger inputs (A and B) that can advance the sequence by 1-4 steps forward or backward, and a CV input for transposing, offsetting, and quantizing the output. It also includes a built-in quantizer with selectable scales and can be expanded with CV and Gate expanders for even more control.
