I’ve owned this from new and it is virtually unused. Made in the famous Matsumoto factory. The finish is amazing and only the scratch-plate is unoriginal. No discernible marks. Looks almost new. Recently set up professionally (£185) with flat wound ‘12-52’. Low action and plays beautifully. I think the truss rod is at its maximum adjustment but is stable. Original case, also in fantastic condition. The gold lacquer has worn in places. This is largely due to the original scratch plate ‘gassing’ as they commonly do.
