Very hard to find North Drums 12" rack tom. In decent shape for the age. Someone switched out the tom mount for a Ludwig mount. Couple of scuffs and chips in the paint plus two streaks of some kind of substance, appears to be on top of the finish. No extra drill holes. Please check over the photos.
