Fernandes FR Series Neck – Late 1980s – Made in Japan 24–fret regular scale neck from the late 80s FR series. This neck features a high‑quality rosewood fingerboard, which is getting harder to find on modern production models.

The neck is generally straight and playable. Frets show no extreme wear and still have plenty of life left. Truss rod turns both ways with room for adjustment.

Note: There is a small gap around F1–F3 (a business card can slide through), but it does not affect playability in normal use. Cosmetic wear and small scratches are present due to age, but nothing that affects function.

A great replacement neck for FR‑style builds or restoration projects.

Packing

The neck will be wrapped in a layer of cardboard to protect it from bending or impact. After that, the entire piece will be covered with thick bubble wrap for additional shock absorption. This two‑step packing method keeps the neck secure and prevents any movement during transit.
