A pretty rare guitar, Gibson SG Standard Limited Edition Gold Bullion was a Sam Ash exclusive back in 2011.
Real nitro finish, with a slightly thicker 50s style neck and gold hardware. 628mm scale, 43mm nut width, made of genuine solid mahogany, rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, vintage cream binding. Acrylic trapezoid fingerboard inlays, mother-of-pearl headstock logo and holly veneer, late- 60s style pickguard, 490R Humbucker in the neck position 498T in the bridge, vintage-style tuners with keystone buttons, Plek-cut Corian nut.
Frets are in great shape, a few cracks in the finish and a small chip in the upper cutaway, some fading in the gold finish on the humbuckers, all of which I've tried to capture in the photos.
