Gibson J-150 Rosewood Guitar, manufactured in 2005, Bozeman, Montana, serial # 00045049. Antique Natural Finish. Beautiful, stripped down version of Gibson's Famous J-200, but, with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, replacing the traditional Maple. With the solid Sitka Spruce top, this combination gives the guitar a great lower to midrange warm sound and great bass projection! Excellent Condition! No cracks or scratches with only a few, very hard to notice, checking marks on the guitar face. Lovingly cared for in a smoke- free environment. Mahogany neck; Rosewood fretboard with M.O.P. dot markers; "Gibson Deluxe" Tuners; J-200 Tortoise floral engraved pick-guard; open Mustache Bridge with M.O.P. rectangles and a bone saddle; Fishman active transducer, under saddle. The Guitar is a Beauty with a Great Jumbo Rosewood Sound!
Having just, recently, put this guitar up for sale on Reverb, I, may, have been a bit over zealous on the asking price. It is a rare model, in that it has the Rosewood back and sides. That said, I have decided to lower the price to one that is a little more affordable, to some buyers, and, still, in line with being a unique, rare guitar, for the collector!
