Vintage Rogers Drop Lock Hi Hat Clutch from the 70s/80s. I am the original owner and this piece is in great condition! It even still has the little white felt that goes below the drop lock part and above the clutch so the two parts don’t have metal on metal contact or make noise! Most of these for sale will be missing this felt. Please look at all pics and ask any questions!
