For sale is a matched pair of Gibson Custombucker humbucker pickups with gold covers.

These are excellent, vintage-voiced Gibson humbuckers used in many Gibson Custom Shop instruments. They are known for their open, articulate PAF-style response, lower-to-medium output, clear top end, and dynamic feel.

Both pickups are in excellent working condition and have been tested with a multimeter. Custombuckers are not strictly “neck” and “bridge” specific, so either pickup can be used in either position. 

Current readings:

• Pickup 1: 7.34k ohms
• Pickup 2: 7.8k ohms

The pickups have gold covers and traditional Gibson-style braided leads. They show normal light handling/installation marks consistent with being installed and removed, but overall present very cleanly and look great. Please review the photos closely for the exact cosmetic condition.

These will ship well packed and protected in padded Gibson pickup packaging. Please note: the Gibson boxes shown are included for safe shipping/storage, but they are from different pickup models and should not be considered the original boxes for these specific pickups.
