The JBL PRX935 is a compact yet powerful 3-way active speaker engineered for touring, live sound reinforcement, and high-output venue applications. Its ergonomic trapezoidal cabinet and integrated handles make it manageable for two-person transport, while the onboard amplification and versatile connectivity eliminate the need for external amps and outboard processing.

2,000 watts peak (1,000 watts RMS) of Class D amplification delivers clean, efficient power with a maximum SPL of 136.1 dB, capable of filling large rooms and outdoor venues. The 90° x 50° dispersion pattern provides controlled coverage, while frequency response spanning 40 Hz–20 kHz (@4π, -10 dB) ensures articulate mids and highs without sacrificing low-end punch.

Design & Transducer Engineering

The 3-way driver complement pairs a 916G 15" ferrite magnet woofer for deep bass with a 196H 6" ferrite magnet transducer and JBL 2408H-2 1.5" poly-annular diaphragm compression driver for crisp upper frequencies. The 18 mm birch cabinet with optimized bracing minimizes resonance and maintains structural integrity under demanding transport and repeated deployment.
