Here we have a beautiful Jaguar Bass Special SS in the classic candy apple red finish.

The Vintage Modified series was Squier's attempt at experimenting with there classic designs from small twist to sometimes entirely new ideas; and in the case of the Jaguar SS they gave it a 30" short scale, smaller body and a thinner neck for maximum ease of play while keeping the versatility of the PJ pickup config.

The overall condition of this one is very good, it has a bit of playing wear which you can see as some signs of use on the pickguard and a few scratches on the lower back of the body, but is otherwise very clean and is a sick looking bass, especially with combo of the red finish and black headstock.

The playability is also very good, the action is low at around 2.0mm, the neck is straight, and all hardware including the truss rod functions well and is happy to adjust to your needs. The bass is also extremely lightweight at just 7.2Ib making it very comfortable.

Included is a Fender Gig Bag.
