This has been my interface for over a decade and the electronics still work. Power cable and USB cable included. $10 off if you don't need the USB cable.
Caveats:
1. The original power cable was broken. I have been using a third-party 12V power supply.
2. One of the four rubber bottom pads fell off. It still sits flat on the table, but it will wobble if you press on it.
3. On my Windows PC, I have been experiencing a pop sound whenever I switch the sampling rate (eg. between 44.1 and 48.0 kHz) and when I wake the PC from sleep. It sound like a quick unplug and plug. This seems to be a common random issue so I have lived with it since day one. Recently I tested it briefly on Mac and did not observe this issue.
