2001 Bart Reiter 5 String Open Back Banjo w/ HSC
This Bart Reiter Regent 11" Open-Back Banjo with a Whyte Laydie tone ring is an incredibly well-built, stripped-down, and straightforward 1920s-style banjo. With a warm yet bright and crisp tone, this old-time inspired banjo features a Maple neck with Satin finish, and an Ebony fingerboard with a scoop and peghead veneer. Its 26 1/4" scale length and 11" Maple rim maximizes playability and volume without limiting your tonal options
Items of Note (read all)
1.) Back of headstock has a small brown blemish from what looks like a clip on tuner. (Pic #6)
2.) Near the 5th string tuner there is another small brown blemish which I assume is from a moveable 5th string capo. (Pic #7)
3.) The binding on the inside of the rim next to the tone ring is separating. You can see in pics 15,16,17 that the binding does not sit flush with the routed channel. This does not affect playability, but will need to be fixed at some point otherwise it will come out. Again it is 100% aesthetic, the banjo functions as it should.
