Here is a cool and unique Japanese made Cipher Intermark Ranger with the single foil pickups. Listing as good condition due to its overall condition for its age but has some buzzing on the low E string which is not so much heard when plugged to in amp. The guitar is on the smaller side and has a scale length like a jaguar. It appears there was some glue under the top fret seen in the photos, I’m not the original owner and this could have possibly been done to prevent more buzzing I’m not sure but it doesn’t interfere with the sound or playability as much. The action is pretty good and frets in overall decent condition for its age the frets are in the lower side and could use some cleaning on the higher frets but surprising for how decent they are for its age. It appears that the tuners and bridge has been upgraded for tuning stability as well. The guitar sounds pretty good and love playing it with a fuzz and distortion pedal. All the electronics function properly and whammy bar arm is included. The neck on this guitar does appear to be modified with a finish of so kind and has some dings and scratches on it as well. the finish feels matte on the hands when playing. I’m not sure if there was a fix or repair done to it and the finish was there to cover it up but I’m not sure. All I know is that the neck feels fine to me. There are some cracks in the finish overall on the guitar headsock and back of the headstock and not in the wood. Though this is an older guitar so seeing the aging is not a surprise. The scale length of the guitar is similar to that of a fender jaguar. I’m unaware if the electronics have been tampered with or anything like that and the neck seems to be on the straighter side and I’m unaware on the truss rod condition. I did buy this on the Music go round website and did not list any issues with it. Overall for this kind of weird bizarre guitar is really fun to play, small and lightweight and sounds like it can be a killer garage rock guitar! Case is not included and I do not accept returns unless broken so please ask any questions before purchasing. Thanks for looking and I’m only open to actual reasonable offers :)
