I ordered these a few months back and had them installed in my guitar for maybe 3-4 weeks. They work perfectly fine and everything is in order, but they just didn’t suit me as much as I had hoped they would. Coming from a set of stacked single coils, I didn’t love the noise and response of these “true single coils” like I thought I might. They will be some very quality pickups for someone out there!
The only thing that’s missing from the original packaging is a set of strings that they include with their pickups (I gave them away to someone, sorry!) Some of the tiger stripe markings look mildly defective, but they came from the factory that way and I would presume it serves to give the pickup covers a more rustic look. You can see what I mean in the included pictures.
