For sale is the rare USA Viper electro acoustic, with its original hardshell case and manual.
This is an original Ovation Viper, made in New Hartford, Ct USA, not the cheap inferior Korean Celebrity version. The same model was used by the late great Glen Campbell (see vid).
The body features acoustic chambers, and is topped with solid spruce in a gloss black finish. The hand-rubbed satin finish neck features Ovation's signature 5-piece mahogany/maple laminate construction with an ebony fingerboard. Bridge and headstock overlay is American black walnut. The multiple soundholes are decorated with Adamas-style 5-piece hardwood epauletes.
Setup with light guage D'addario strings. Very good condition with minor player wear. Please see photos.
