Up for sale is my Fender American Professional II Jazz Bass in the stunning Dark Night finish (Fender's deep midnight blue-to-black burst). This is a Made in USA instrument, serial number US23043252, built in Corona, CA.

Condition: Excellent / Near Mint

I want to be fully transparent about the condition. This bass has barely been played and is in near-mint shape overall, with two cosmetic notes:

• One ding and paint chip on the lower left bout, on the back of the body, in the area behind where the player's right forearm rests. It is not visible from the front at all and has zero impact on playability. I've included clear photos from all angles.
• Light surface scratches on the pickguard, consistent with careful handling. Nothing deep or distracting.

Otherwise: clean body, clean neck, clean frets. No buckle rash, no checking, no cracks.

How it plays and sounds:
