AKG C60 Tube Microphone System | Telefunken AC701 | N60 PSU | CK1, CK5 & Rare CK28 Capsule

Offered for sale is a vintage AKG C60 tube condenser microphone system from the 1960s, complete with the highly desirable Telefunken AC701 tube, original N60 power supply, original microphone cable, and three interchangeable capsules: CK1, CK5, and the sought-after CK28.

This system has been carefully maintained during my ownership and is fully operational. The N60 power supply was recently serviced and converted for reliable operation on 120V mains. When I acquired the microphone in the UK, the power supply was configured for 240V operation.

Condition:

The microphone, power supply, and all three capsules are in good working condition. The microphone has been tested and performs as expected. The capsules thread properly and function correctly. Cosmetics are consistent with a well-cared-for vintage microphone system of this age.

The CK28 capsule is particularly noteworthy and has become increasingly difficult to find separately. Combined with the original AC701 tube, this makes for a very versatile and collectible AKG system.

I am not the original owner and cannot document the microphone's complete ownership history prior to my acquisition. However, it has been professionally maintained and carefully stored throughout my stewardship.
