Careful, they're hot! Loaded into the bridge and neck positions of this vintage machine is a pair of vintage-style '60s single coil Hot Jazzmasters. Made with a higher output than regular pickups, they offer a more powerful voicing which can be rolled back for a more vintage type of voicing. The bridge pickup has some classic top-end sparkle with a bright, defined, powerful sound. The midrange pops out with shining clarity, pushing your notes to the front of the mix.

Playing through the neck pickup will bring out a rich, warm, creamy sound which still has plenty of power. The articulation and sustain of your notes will be perfect, whilst the tone will blow your mind. Lead notes will have a full, beefy sound, whilst chords will ring with a beautiful richness. With these pickups, you'll experience how incredibly well vintage and modern sounds can blend together.

It's smooth as silk. The maple neck offers you the ultimate playing experience. Finely crafted to a 'Modern C' profile, you'll find that it feels incredibly satisfying and easy to play. The gloss urethane finish gives you a smooth, comfortable ride as you change between fret positions. The maple wood itself also creates a beautifully bright resonance, helping to draw out the fullness of your notes. 

On top of this pristine neck is a beautiful pau ferro fretboard – crafted to perfection. It allows your fingers to skate along each fret, whilst offering a deep, warm, balanced resonance. With these tools, your playing will feel fluid and tight. With no limitations.
