This 1989 Fender Stratocaster Plus represents Fender’s late-’80s evolution of the classic Strat platform, combining traditional styling with modern performance upgrades. Finished in silver, this USA built example reflects the period’s focus on precision build quality and contemporary specification.

Constructed with an alder body and fitted with a 3 ply white pickguard, it retains the clean, refined aesthetic that defined the Strat Plus line. The maple neck features a comfortable modern C profile, paired with a 9.5" radius fingerboard for smooth playability across the register.

Hardware includes the model’s characteristic two point tremolo system and roller nut, designed to improve tuning stability and sustain. The locking tuners have been replaced with non original Fender equivalents.

A trio of Lace Sensor pickups delivers the clear, low-noise performance associated with the Strat Plus, offering articulate cleans, focused midrange and controlled top end while maintaining the core identity of a classic Stratocaster.

This guitar has been given a full service by our luthiers at the Vintage Instrument Workshop, and includes a 2 year warranty.
